In the event of a cancellation by ESAG, we will refund your
donation (and venue ticket cost where applicable) in full unless
the event is rescheduled and you still wish to participate on
the new date.
* Participants who cancel will only be refunded your donation
(and ticket price where applicable) if your place can be filled.

The "transport fee" is always voluntary but is vital
to enabling us to continue providing events, consequently those
contributing towards transport costs will be prioritised for
future events.
* Some events such as visits to military establishments will
require prior disclosure of personal details such as DoB and
passport or driving licence number and will always require photo
i/d on the day. These details will be held by ESAG on a secure
drive and can be deleted on request after each event if you
wish.
In the event of ESAG disbanding, all personal data will be erased.

It is the participants' responsibilty to arrive at the agreed
time and location for their pickup. Transport will wait at each
point until the stated time unless everyone is there but please
be patient in the event of a late arrival due to traffic or
other unforseen delays. We recommend that you supply your mobile
phone number so that in case of a problem, we can contact you
or vice versa.
* Check the event details page via the 'Diary' page regularly
for updates.

Make make sure that emails from <esag.comms@esag.org.uk>
are reaching you by marking them as "NOT SPAM" if
they arrive in your spam folder.

Notify me if you do not want to receive further emails from
ESAG, I will then remove you from our email list and delete
any personal information held by us.
